As the customer is agreeing to move forward we need to ensure that all of the project details are understood by all involved.
- The Contract should contain the complete specification
- Should be stored in the “hello drive”
- This needs to be done by Sales as it is not always clear what the approved contract is.
- We need to ensure that the customer has signed the approved contract.
- All other old Contracts should be removed
- The Sales Worksheet must be complete prior to the internal kickoff meeting.
